SCRANTON, Pa. - Marymount women's lacrosse's season ended on Wednesday evening in the Atlantic East Semifinals at Marywood, falling by a final tally 15-7.
The Saints end their year with an overall record of 12-7.

- In her final game on the field for the Saints, Emily Peters showed out. Scoring three goals with an assist for four points, the graduate student added three caused turnovers and four ground balls. She finishes her career with 148 goals, good for third all-time for career goals in MU history.
- Riley Love tossed two past the Marywood goalie while picking up a ground ball.Â
- Ella Baker notched a goal, caused turnover, and ground ball in the contest. She ends the season with 32 goals on the year.
- Arayla Garcia had two draw controls, an assist, two ground balls, and a caused turnover. Her historic season in the draw controls column ends with 144, a single-season record.
- On the defensive end, Abby Dunn had three caused turnovers, with four ground balls and four draw controls.
- Taylor Chepren notched a goal on the night. She notched 33 total goals during the course of the season.
How It Happened
- After the Pacers got on the board first, the Saints answered with two of their own on back-to-back scores from Peters and Chepren,
- Marywood pushed back with two more to retake the lead, but the Saints closed out with two more goals from Peters and Love to take a 4-3 lead after the first quarter of play.
- The Pacers took a strong lead after a decisive second quarter, sending MU into the half down 10-4.
- Garcia found Baker with an open look, shooting it past the Pacers goalie to kick off the second half of play and cut into the Marywood lead.
- Peters and Love each scored a goal apiece in the fourth quarter, but the Pacers ultimately took the game.
