ARLINGTON, Va. - #12 Marymount men's volleyball picked up three-set win over Penn State Altoona on Saturday afternoon in Converse Family Fieldhouse.
With the win, the Saints move up to 16-4 overall, still 3-1 in CVC play after the non-conference match.

- Luke Morris had a big day for the Saints, knocking seven kills while hitting .778. He added seven digs, six aces, and a block for 13.5 points.Â

How It Happened
- MU opened up the match with a strong 8-to-1 run, taking advantage of key mistakes from the Lions to gain early traction.Â
- Still in the first set of play, Peña knocked a kill to take a ten-point lead.Â
- Back-to-back errors from the Lions ended the first set in favor of the Saints.Â
- Early in the second set, MU kept the momentum on the Saints side, with a kill from Morris giving them a 7-3 lead.
- Marymount held onto the momentum down the stretch of the second set to go up 2-0 in set play.Â
- In the third set, Marymount caught fire, going for a eight-point run with a kill from Landon Small to finish it off to take a commanding lead.
- The Saints held onto the lead, taking care of Penn State Altoona in three-straight sets.Â
