ARLINGTON, Va. - Marymount men's volleyball hosted new CVC foe Roanoke College in a non-conference match on Friday night, taking down the Maroons in three-straight.
With the win, the Saints move to 4-2 in the young season.

How It Happened
- In the first set MU came out firing, with a Morris kill putting the Saints up three on three straight chances.Â
- Marymount scored four unanswered points to take a 17-11 commanding lead in the first set of play.
- After three-straight Maroons points, Morris took matters into his own hands, knocking the final blow to give the Saints the first set.Â
- It was all Marymount in the second set, who held a consistent lead and with an ace from Topich, took the set to go up 2-to-0.
- The Maroons held around in the third set, but a three-point spurt gave the Saints some life, going up 11-to-8.
- Taking advantage of some key errors from Roanoke down the stretch was the difference as the Saints took the match with ease.Â
