IMMACULATA, Pa. - The Marymount women's tennis team dropped a 6-3 decision at Immaculata on Sunday.
Carolina Haymans and Melody Salguero took at 8-5 win over Audrey Keen and Jenna Muttik in the third spot to give MU a point in doubles play.
Haymans followed that with a 6-0, 6-3 win at #2 singles. Ariane Sperole Kombo was victorious 6-1, 6-1 in the fifth spot.
Immaculata claimed the remaining four singles points. Shannon King and Lorena Gonzalez, who fell at #1 doubles, were beaten in the #1 and #3 singles spots, respectively.
Marymount is 1-7, 1-1 Atlantic East, and will play at Neumann tomorrow afternoon.
