MADISON, N.J. – The Marymount University men's soccer team took on the Rangers of Drew University Friday night. As the Saints looked to win their season opener, the Rangers had other plans for the visiting Saints topping them 4-0. 

Marymount's defense held strong in the first half as it went into the break tied at zero. 

Two late yellow cards for senior Jesse Parada and senior Reuben George would alter the Saints approach to a more passive way of play. But the Rangers took advantage, eventually scoring their first goal in the 64th minute to take a lead that held for the remainder of the match. 

Looking to even the score, Marymount was halted on the other end, while Drew put away three more in the final 20 minutes to seal up the victory. 

Freshman goalkeeper Ronald Clark of the Saints looked strong in his first career start, making 10 saves on 14 shots on goal. Clark played all 90 minutes between the pipes. 

Marymount looks to get its first win on Saturday, September 1, returning to the turf at Drew to take on The College of New Jersey at 2:30 p.m.
