HARRISBURG, Pa. - Junior Emily Abramaitys totaled eight kills and nine digs while sophomore Theresa Buscemi added 12 digs as the Marymount women's volleyball team picked up its first Capital Athletic Conference victory on Friday, sweeping Penn State Harrisburg on the road, 25-22, 25-21, 25-19.

The Saints (9-8, 1-2 CAC) managed just 28 kills, but totaled 63 digs and seven total blocks, limiting the Nittany Lions to a .009 hitting percentage.

Freshman Mykael Johnson had six kills while freshman Maggie Viniard totaled 25 assists and seven digs and freshman Jasmine Roy added 11 digs.

Six players had at least six digs for Marymount who forced Penn State Harrisburg into a negative hitting percentage in two of the three sets. Freshman Myah Cordrey had a career-high six digs to go along with four kills and junior Celine Nguyen had eight digs.

The Saints will stay in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania where they will take on Messiah and Susquehanna in a tri-match on Saturday at Messiah beginning at 11:00 a.m.
