Washington, D.C. – Marymount University's women's volleyball team split its four matches at the Worthington Classic, hosted by Gallaudet over the weekend. Senior middle hitter Jenn Forbes earned her fourth All-Tournament Team nod in as many tournaments on the season.

The Saints (17-6) opened play on Friday with a W 3-0 (25-17, 25-14, 25-14) sweep over Wheaton before falling 3-2 (25-23, 22-25, 23-25, 25-17, 15-9) to former Capital Athletic Conference foe Gallaudet in the nightcap.

Returning to action on Saturday, the Saints dropped their opening match against Trine 3-0 (25-16, 25-14, 25-17) but rebounded to sweep Geneva 3-0 (27-25, 25-22, 25-20) to close out the tournament.

Marymount returns to action on Wednesday as it travels to face York (Pa.) in CAC play.
