Fredericksburg, Va. - Marymount University's volleyball team dropped its Capital Athletic Conference opener 3-0 (25-15, 25-21, 25-14) to rival Mary Washington on Wednesday night. The Saints fall to 0-4 on the season.

Jenn Forbes led the Saints with five kills. Defensively, Forbes and Emily Shultis each contributed two blocks while Cassidie Watson had 12 digs and Michelle McCormick chipped in 10.

Marymount returns to action on Friday as it takes part in the Swarthmore Garnet Classic.
