Frederick, Md. – Marymount University's men's basketball team fell to Hood 68-57 in Capital Athletic Conference action on Saturday night.

Junior forward Tarek Ammoury led the Saints (2-12, 0-6 CAC) with a game-high 18 points while freshman Reed Scott added 10 off the bench. Senior guard Stephen Simoneau and junior forward John Magnani had nine points and five rebounds apiece.

Three Blazers (8-5, 4-2 CAC) scored in double-figures led by Cameron Cook with 16 points. Brendan Straughn added 15 while Tyler Snoots chipped in with 13.

Marymount returns to the hardwood next Saturday at home against Stevenson at 7 p.m.
