Lancaster, Pa. – Marymount University's volleyball team dropped a pair of matches to close out the Franklin & Marshall Scramble Tournament on Saturday. The Saints fell in to the host Diplomats 3-0 (25-6, 25-17, 25-19) before losing to Lebanon Valley 3-0 (25-14, 25-11, 25-10).

Johanna Hummel led MU (4-11) with four kills against F&M while Chelsea Gates paced the defense with 24 digs. Brianne Fitzpatrick added 10 digs on the back row.

Sharda Braxton tallied a team-high eight kills against the Dutchman while Gates once again led the defense with 14 digs.

Marymount returns to action on Thursday, September 30, on the road at Capital Athletic Conference foe Salisbury.
