Austin “Tanner” Holifield enters his first season as Assistant Men's Lacrosse Coach ahead of the 2026 campaign. He will serve as the Offensive Coordinator for the Saints.
Born and raised in Bethesda, Md. where he started as an attackman at Georgetown Prep, he was a part of the squad that won the IAC Championship in 2014 and finished as the #4 nationally ranked high school team in the country with a 19-1 record.
Tanner went on to play Division 3 lacrosse at Colby College under Jack Sandler. He has been coaching since graduating with a bachelor’s degree in Government, namely a couple different public schools in Montgomery County, Md., including as an assistant on the Maryland 4A state championship winning Churchill Bulldogs out of Potomac, MD in 2022.
Tanner started a private lacrosse training business, LaxCraft, for boys and girls ages kindergarten through college throughout the DMV area over the past few years.
