Hill organized coaching clinics, developed the WrestleSmart Program, and helped developed the VHSL Wrestling Weight Control Program. In addition to those achievements, Hill directed the Virginia vs. Maryland Senior All-Star Dual Meet, which acts as the premier regional showcase for top state wrestling athletes as they look to move onto college.
