Rachel Ramirez enters her fourth year as as the Business Operations Manager for Marymount Athletics in 2024-25 after joining the team in September 2021.
In this role, she handles budgets, expense reports, bus scheduling, among other duties for 23 varsity and four club sport offerings.
She came back to Marymount after spending two years as the Portfolio Manager for Gates Hudson Community Management. Prior to that, she worked her way up the ladder at Marriott properties throughout Northern Virginia, beginning as a Front Desk Associate in 2011 before finishing as the Assistant General Manager in 2019.
Ramirez earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in English from Marymount in May 2016.
