Jake Vaughn

Jake Vaughn is in his third season with Marymount University's women's soccer program. He has worked as an assistant coach the past two seasons where he has assisted in developing the team's game model and provided individual coaching and instruction. 

Vaughn previously served as Head Coach of the girls' varsity soccer team at Annandale High School, where he led the program to its best record in over a decade in 2023. Under his leadership, the Atoms posted the district's highest-scoring offense and Vaughn was named District Coach of the Year. During his four-year tenure, he coached a Region Player of the Year, District Player of the Year, Goalkeeper of the Year, 13 first team all-district players, three second team selections, and 10 honorable mention recipients. 

Coach Vaughn also spent eight years coaching club soccer with Braddock Road Youth Club, Villarreal-VA, and Infinity SC. His club coaching experience spans multiple states and technical systems. 

Vaughn holds a USSF C License and Coerver Youth Diploma. He earned a master's degree in education from Regent University and a bachelor's degree in business administration from Utah State University.
