Marymount University

Ball enters another season as an Assistant men's and women's swimming coach at Marymount. 

He has been on staff that has earned both men's and women's Atlantic East Conference Champions in 2023 and 2024.

Ball brings a winning pedigree to MU after a standout undergraduate career. He spent three years at Denison University, where he was a four-time All-American and was part of a team that won two National Championships. In 2018, Ball finished as the national runner-up in the 200-breaststroke. After three seasons at Denison, he transferred to George Mason University. While with the Patriots, Ball earned a VaSID All-State Second Team nod and was a member of the 2020 Atlantic-10 Conference Championship team. 

In 2017 and 2020, Ball qualified for and participated in, the U.S. Open. In 2021, he was a United States Olympic Trials Finalist for Wave One. 

Outside of the pool, Ball has served as a coach for multiple clubs, most recently with Nationals Capital Swimming and Shark Tank Racing Squad. 

Ball graduated from Denison in May of 2019 with a degree in Environmental Studies. He earned a GIS Certificate from George Mason in May of 2021.
