BERKELEY SPRINGS, W.Va. -- Marymount women's golf had a record weekend in their opening tournament of the 2025-26 season, topping multiple records as a team, with
Kate Parsons leading the way with a career outing.
The team shot a 604 (+28) across the weekend to take home the win for the fourth season in a row.
NOTABLE
- Parsons, earning the individual champion at the tournament for the second straight season, broke the Marymount and Centennial Conference single round record with a score of 69 (-3) in the first round.
- As a team, the Saints beat the program team single round record on the first day, carding a 303, before ultimately breaking it again in the second day with a team score of 301.
- Tinleigh Rusher carded a career low 75 (+3) on the second day of the weekend tournament.
- The whole team placed top-15 at the tournament en route to the team win.
