WASHINGTON, D.C. -- Marymount swimming took on the Cardinals of Catholic University on Friday afternoon in dual fashion.

Falling on both sides of the match up, the Saints look to close out the regular season strong at Mary Washington tomorrow.

TEAM RESULTS

• Men: Catholic 97.5 - Marymount 88.5
• Women: Catholic 125 - Marymount 60

RELAY TOP RESULTS

• The Marymount women's 200 medley relay team of Alexandra Pette, Ilana Hawkins, Miah Lopez, and Lillian Crawley won the event with a time of 1:58.12.
• On the men's side of the 200 medley relay, Luke Claudy, Evan Pak, Carsten Hicks, and Gavin Keane came in first with a finish of 1:37.34.

INDIVIDUAL TOP RESULTS

• Claudy took the top spot in the men's 50 yard freestyle, notching a time of 21.51. He went on to win the 100 yard freestyle at 47.61.
• Miah Lopez won the 100 yard butterfly with a time of 1:01.02 before also taking the top finish in the 100 yard breaststroke at 1:12.84.
• Cara Craig placed second in the 200 yard individual medley event, hitting a time of 2:26.96.
• Hicks (55.66) and Keane (55.70) finished one-two in the men's 100 yard butterfly event.
• Nathan Bruley and Alexander Hain tied at second in the 100 yard backstroke, both hitting a time of 56.49.
• Pak won the men's 100 yard breaststroke with a finishing time of 59.50.

UP NEXT

• The teams will take on Mary Washington in Fredericksburg tomorrow at 1 PM to finish out the regular season.
• The AEC Championships will be held between Thursday, Feb. 13 and Sunday, Feb. 16.
