HAGERSTOWN, Md. -- Both Marymount men's and women's golf teams headed north to Black Rock Golf Club to take place in the Cardinal Fall Classic, hosted by Catholic University, over the course of Saturday and Sunday.

Strong finishes across the leaderboard, highlighted by a T-1 finish from Noelle Jensen on the women's team, led to a successful weekend for the Saints.

TEAM RESULTS

• Women's golf finished in second by just five strokes behind the Cardinals, finishing the tournament with a team score of 634 (+58)
• Men's golf placed 12th out of 14 teams with a final scoring of 638 (+62)

INDIVIDUAL WOMEN'S RESULTS

• Jensen placed T-1 with a final score of 159 (+10).
• Kate Parsons finished alone in the fifth-place spot, notching a score of 158 (+14) across the two-day tournament.
• Tinleigh Rusher placed T-6 with a score of 159 (+15) in the 36-hole tournament. Her first day score of 79 is a new career-low early in her career at Marymount.
• Eunice Chang put up a score of 168 (+24) to place T-17.
• Peyton Kraras placed 23rd with a score of 172 (+28).
• Hannah Lampe rounded out the competitors for the Saints with a score of 191 (+47), good for 32nd.

INDIVIDUAL MEN'S RESULTS

• Chase Manion had the top finish for the Saints, coming in T-39 with a score of 154 (+10).
• Jonas Zajicek put up a 56th place finish with a score of 161 (+17), improving by 11 strokes on the second day.
• Santos Wangsupkitkosol finished right behind his teammate at T-57 with a score of 162 (+18).
• Guy Chimjiw put up a 68th place outing with a final score of 168 (+24).
• Sean Mantua completed the scoring for the Saints, notching 169 (+25), good for 70th.

UP NEXT

• Men's golf will next take place in their first-ever Massachusetts State Collegiate Athletic Conference Tournament this upcoming weekend. The tournament will begin on Saturday, Sept. 28, before finishing up the 36 holes on Sunday, Sept. 29.
• Women's golf will hit the course next at the Golden Oaks Shootout from Sunday, Sept. 29 to Monday, Sept. 30.
