Overall, Catholic University prevailed in the second annual Pope's Cup competition throughout the 2022-23 academic year by a score of 10-3. This is the second year in a row that Catholic has earned the Pope's Cup after winning 8.5 - 2.5 during the 2021-22 academic year. Sports sponsored by both institutions that were not officially contested include: women's soccer, women's basketball, men's lacrosse, women's lacrosse, men's and women's track and field.
