ARLINGTON, Va. - Marymount swimming made their way back to their home pool on Saturday afternoon, taking on the Bison of neighbor Gallaudet in conference action. 

Big days across the board for the Saints led to two decisive wins, continuing the strong season for the program. 

Team Results

• The men stayed undefeated in conference action, moving to 4-0 AEC, 5-3 overall, with the 156-19 win. 
• The women also moved to 4-0 in AEC competition with the win, overcoming the Bison by a final team score of 151-22.

Top Relay Finishes

• The Marymount 200 yard medley relay team of Tidawee Srun, Rebecca Lazerson, Delaney Carey, and Brooke Dittlinger took the top spot with a final time of 1:57.82.
• On the men's side of the 200 yard medley relay, the team of Ethan White, Ryan Faherty, Carsten Hicks, and Justin Singletary won with a time of 1:42.27.
• For the 200 yard freestyle relay, the women's team of Carey, Maddy Schirching, Lazerson, and Ella DeNicola took the win with a time of 1:51.90.
• The men's 200 yard freestyle relay team, consisting of Laine Eary, Alexander Hain, Garrett Peck, and Dezi Vereen took the top finish with a final time of 1:33.41.

Top Individual Finishes

• Lillian Trussell won the women's 1000 yard and 500 yard freestyle events, coming back to the block with a final time of 12:59.64 in the 1000 yard and 6:16.51 in the 500 yard, respectively.
• Thomas Wilcoski, after winning big at Catholic just yesterday, grabbed another top finish in the men's 1000 yard freestyle with a final time of 13:06.07. Later in the day, he grabbed first in the 500 yard freestyle too, notching a time 6:13.71.
• Isabella Ochalik took a strong win in the women's 200 yard freestyle event with a final time of 2:11.16. She was also the winner in the 200 yard butterfly with a time of 2:29.18.
• White won in the men's 200 yard freestyle at 1:50.79, also grabbing first in the 200 yard backstroke with a time of 2:04.13..
• Ilana Hawkins grabbed first in the women's 50 yard freestyle with a final time of 27.27.
• On the men's side of the 50 yard freestyle, Vereen took first with a finishing time of 23.83.
• DeNicola took first in the women's 200 yard individual medley event, finishing with a time of 2:32.95, while also nabbing first in the 200 yard backstroke with a time of 2:27.39.
• Trevor Cairns won in the men's 200 yard individual medley event with a time of 2:04.59.
• Hain took the top spot in the men's 200 yard butterfly with a final time of 2:04.30.
• Dittlinger won the women's 100 yard freestyle, notching a time of 57.99.
• Hicks grabbed first in the men's 100 yard freestyle event, finishing with a time of 51.28.
• Srun finished first in the women's 200 yard breaststroke with a time of 2:32.67.
• Faherty finished off the day for the Saints with a win in the 200 yard breaststroke, notching a time of 2:22.90.

• The Saints will be back in the Lee Center Pool next Friday, Jan. 20th. They will take on Mary Washington with the event slated to begin at 4:00 PM.
• MU will go back-to-back at home, rounding out the regular season with a hosting of conference foe St. Mary's at 1:00 PM on Saturday, Jan. 21st.
