SCRANTON, Pa. - The Marymount University men's swimming team scored two victories on Saturday at an Atlantic East Conference tri-meet, topping Immaculata University, 145-41, and host Marywood University, 129-91.
Senior Tedd Pham and junior Max Klemm led the way with three top finishes each in their individual races.
Pham collected wins in the 200-yard freestyle (1:56.64), the 500-yard freestyle (5:26.41) and the 200-yard individual medley (2:12.50). Klemm earned wins in the 200-yard butterfly (2:11.44), the 200-yard backstroke (2:12.94) and the 100-yard butteryfly (57.27).
Senior Nicholas DiSanti closed out the nine top finishes for the Saints with two of his own, touching the wall in 1:01.53 in the 100-yard backstroke and finishing the 50-yard freestyle with a time of 24.37.
The Saints finish out the Fall semester next weekend at the two-day Yellow Jacket Invitational hosted by Randolph-Macon College. Day one is set for Saturday, November 23.
