Lexington, Va. – Marymount University's
men's swimming team dropped a pair of contests at a road
double dual meet on Saturday afternoon. The Saints fell to host
Washington & Lee 178-61 and to Catholic 187-69.
Sophomore Joseph Gardner medaled in three events on the day.
He won the 200 IM with a time of 2:09.39 and placed second in both
the 100 and 200 breaststroke events with times of 1:04.65 and
2:24.03, respectively.
Tom Baroz also posted a victory in an event, winning the 100
butterly with a time of 57.44.
Marymount returns to action on Saturday as it hosts
Howard.
