LANCASTER, Pa. – Marymount University women's basketball junior Regan Lohr earned the program's first-ever Atlantic East Conference Player of the Week award, the league announced on Monday.
Lohr helped the Saints take a pair of wins last week, including the team's first-ever Atlantic East victory, as they opened conference play at Neumann University on Saturday.
On Wednesday, Lohr netted a game-high 17 points on 6-of-13 shooting in a 56-46 victory over former Capital Athletic Conference-foe Salisbury University. She added three steals, finishing second on the team.
Lohr then helped the Saints to a 56-51 win over Neumann in the team's first conference game, scoring 15 points and pulling down four rebounds. She finished the game second on the team in points.
The award marks the first Atlantic East honor for Lohr, playing in the first year of Atlantic East competition.
Before joining the Atlantic East, she was a two-time CAC Player of the Week.
Lohr and the Saints return to action on Wednesday, December 5, traveling to Stevenson University; the opening tip is set for 6 p.m.
