Coffin wins first individual championship, as Saints take 10th in Gettysburg Fall Invitational

ABBOTTSTOWN, Pa. – The Marymount University men's golf team was back in action on Tuesday in the Gettysburg Fall Invitational, finishing 10th overall with a 347 (+63).

Senior John David Coffin brought home the individual championship in the tournament to lead the Saints. He carded a 71 (E) on the par 71 course to finish two-strokes better than the second-place finishers, for his first win of the season.

Senior Justin Dobak tied for 47th with an 87 (+16), while freshman Cameren Dawkins finished just two strokes back in 52nd with an 89 (+18).

Sophomore Cole Ardoline rounded out the Saints' day with a 100 (+29) on his card for 62nd.

Marymount will be back on the course on Thursday, October 10 in the Stevenson Invitational at Piney Branch Golf Club.
