    YORK, Pa. - Marymount women's volleyball freshman Myah Cordrey tied her career-high with 10 kills, but after rallying from a two-set deficit, the Saints could not overcome five attack errors in the decisive fifth set as York (Pa.) held on to post a 25-21, 25-18, 23-25, 17-25, 15-9 victory Wednesday at Wolf Gymnasium.

    The Marymount women’s soccer team had some early opportunities in the second half against Southern Virginia University, but a late goal in the closing seven minutes by the Knights was enough for the 1-0 decision in the Capital Athletic Conference matchup at Long Bridge Park on Wednesday night.

    ARLINGTON, Va. - Marymount women's volleyball freshmen Mykael Johnson and Alexa Marcum combined for 31 of the team's 49 kills, but after winning the first set, the Saints totaled 24 attack errors and hit just .066 as they dropped a key CAC contest to Salisbury at home Tuesday, 25-22, 25-27, 14-25, 21-25.

  • Men's Lacrosse helps organize Mason Mile for sixth year

    For the sixth year, the Marymount men's lacrosse team has teamed up with the Mason Leach Superstar Fund to help organize and run the Mason Mile. The Mason Leach Superstar Fun was created in memory of Mason Leach, a young boy who was taken far too early due to a form of medulloblastomas, the most common malignant brain tumor for children between the ages of 4 and 10 years. The fighter, high-spirited and easy-to-love Mason passed away on October 13, 2007, but his spirit and story will forever live on. The Mason Leach Superstar Fund works to encourage and empower patients at American Childhood Cancer Organization to recognize their inner strength and feel like superstars. The men's lacrosse team has teamed up again to run the Mason Mile, this year hosted at the Marymount University Ballston Center in the heart of Arlington, Virginia on Saturday, October 21.
